Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, Inc., has just published the 2005 Supplement to its three-volume treatise, "Estate Planning for the Aging or Incapacitated Client in Massachusetts," edited by Donald Freedman, of this Firm, and Emily Starr, a principal of Ciota, Starr and Vander Linden, located in Worcester and Fitchburg. Don and Emily have co-edited every edition and supplement of the treatise since inception more than a decade ago.
