Partner Donald Freedman Quoted in INVESTMENT NEWS

Don Freedman, an RF&G founding partner, was interviewed for and quoted in the July 28, 2008 issue of INVESTMENT NEWS, a leading news source for financial advisers. The article is titled, Alzheimer's Scourge Challenges Advisers. It focussed on practical and ethical issues for professionals in dealing with clients who may have diminished capacity to make decisions about their finances. Attorney Freedman made the point that the adviser must focus on the needs and interest of the elder as his client, and not be swayed by a desire to accommodate the needs or wishes of the children as potential future clients.
