| Research Attorney Ann Morse Hartner, with RF&G since 1994, concentrates in the area of MassHealth (Medicaid), working with clients through the process of achieving and maintaining eligibility. Prior to RF&G, she was a free-lance attorney researching and writing appellate and trial court briefs for other attorneys and for the Massachusetts Law Reform Institute, a legal services support agency. She is a member of the Board of Directors and Co-Chair of the Legislative Policy Committee of the Women's Bar Association of Massachusetts. The Association gave her its 2003 Service Award "for her many years of dedicated service" in support of the Association's commitment to the full and equal participation of women in the legal profession and in a just society. In October 2008 she was selected for the inaugural class of “Women of Justice” and thereby saluted for her inspiring contributions to the fields of social justice and advocacy. She was chosen for this prestigious award by the Women’s Bar Association of Massachusetts, the Massachusetts Association of Women Lawyers, and Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly. Attorney Hartner received her undergraduate degree from the University of New Hampshire and her law degree from Northeastern University School of Law. |
