Ellen M. McVay joined the Firm in November 1996 with thirteen years of experience as a staff attorney with Greater Boston Elderly Legal Services. Her areas of expertise include Medicaid, Social Security, Supplemental Security Income and government benefits in general. Over the last ten years, Attorney McVay has expanded her practice to include estate tax and general estate planning for individuals of all ages. She consults with accountants, financial planners and fiduciaries about complex tax and Medicaid issues.
She is a member of the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Massachusetts Bar Association.
Attorney McVay received her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School.
