Laurance joined the Firm as a real estate professional in 1999 and as an attorney since December 2004. Laurance concentrates on real estate law and small business development, which includes: Land Use; Real Estate and Small Business Financing; Condominium Conversion; Purchase, Sale and Leasing of commercial and residential real estate and businesses; Real Estate Development; Small Business Start-ups; Licensing; Title Clearing; and boundary disputes.

On his approach to practicing law…

“The most important thing I do whenever I meet or speak with a client is to listen to their concerns or issues. A first-time homebuyer has different questions and concerns than a seasoned real estate developer. Therefore, it is very critical for me to see the matter from their point of view and apply my expertise to present solutions to their problems and ultimately help them achieve their goals.

Being responsive and accessible are very important to my clients, therefore, I always make that a priority in my practice. My clients take comfort in the fact that I spend the time to answer all of their questions regardless of how complicated their matter is; because sometimes they may think a question is irrelevant when in fact it could be material to our case.”
