The goal of the RF&G Litigation Group is to help clients, in a competent, caring and cost-effective manner, resolve legal problems through the Court system. Often the most important part of our work is educating clients about realistic outcomes, preparing clients for settlement, and considering mediation, Collaborative Practice and other approaches to alternative dispute resolution.
We have four litigation attorneys, with collectively more than seventy years of experience between them including extensive jury trial experience and trials in all of the Courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. We have specialized experience in Divorce and Probate Court litigation and the members of our litigation group have taught continuing education seminars all over Massachusetts for lawyers and mental health professionals, with particular emphasis on divorce and civil litigation.
