Probate and Trusts

Anna M. Corti, who concentrates her practice on estate settlement, trust administration and post mortem tax issues joined the Firm in February 2001. She was previously an associate with Garrahan, Barbieri & Garrahan, where she focused on estate planning and business law. Prior to this position, she was an associate at Capobianci & Gentilli where she practiced estate planning and real estate law. Prior to entering private practice, Attorney Corti coordinated several programs in alternative dispute resolution, including a program for Suffolk Superior Court between 1990 and 1993.

In 2005 and 2006, Attorney Corti was named a “Super Lawyer” in the areas of Tax and Estate Planning & Probate, as published in Boston Magazine.

Attorney Corti attended Union College where she obtained her B.A. and Boston University School of Law, where she won the American Jurisprudence Award in 1988. She obtained her law degree and graduated as a Hennessey Scholar in 1989. In 2001, Attorney Corti received her LL.M. in Taxation, also from Boston University.
