Attorney Paula J. Morgan, a partner in the Firm's Planning and Probate Group, has been with the Firm since 1986 and concentrates her practice in the areas of probate, estate settlement and trust administration.

Attorney Morgan was recently selected for inclusion in New England Super Lawyers 2010, as published in Boston Magazine in November 2010, in the field of estate planning and probate. This was her seventh consecutive year listed.

Attorney Morgan is a frequent lecturer in continuing legal education programs, particularly on estate administration. She has served on the Estate Planning and Administration Curriculum Advisory Committee of Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, Inc. (MCLE).

Attorneys Morgan and colleague Susan Levin co-authored Medicaid: Strategies for Resource Planning originally published in 1995 by Little, Brown, Inc. as part of its ElderLaw Portfolio Series. Attorneys Morgan and Levin also co-authored the chapter, “Medicaid and Resource Planning,” in Estate Planning for the Aging and Incapacitated Client in Massachusetts, (Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, Inc. 1998.

She is a graduate of Regis College and Western New England College School of Law where she was a Note and Comment Editor of the Law Review.
